Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and over 10 years of experience leading operations within the pharmaceutical industry are required. Experience in API manufacturing and Process Safety Management, strong knowledge of cGMPs, proven ability to build relationships, demonstrated success in leading projects, and skills in developing high-performing teams are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Operations will lead manufacturing operations, ensuring capacity, capability, and leadership to meet the site's manufacturing plan, while integrating cross-functional support teams and fostering a strong safety culture. During the startup phase, responsibilities include supporting facility delivery, building the manufacturing organization, developing GMP systems and processes, and shaping site culture. Post-startup, the role involves developing and executing strategic and operational plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining control systems, monitoring performance, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and developing future leaders.
