Requirements
3+ years prior brand management, franchise/brand strategy and/or marketing experience. Preferred Industries: Media & Entertainment, Consumer Goods, Communication & Advertising and Technology
Degree in Marketing (preferred) or related careers
Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and Portuguese native
Self-starter and highly motivated
Exceptional organizational & project management skills, with keen attention to detail
Ability to prioritize & manage multiple deadlines
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
Ability to create and present engaging presentations. Presentation experience to large groups required
Adept at engaging & collaborating with colleagues at all levels to develop & maintain solid relationships

Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of Americas strategic plans to drive business results, including merchandise, retail, & creative strategies
Assist in the development of commercialization strategies, via campaign ideation & development for retail and licensing partners
Support brand franchise activations including social media, influencer marketing, email & digital advertising
Apply acquired brand knowledge, review all marketing, social and retail collateral submitted by licensees for approvals
Develop & maintain brand franchise tools, including pitch decks and confidently present them to internal and external partners, including key licensees and retailers
Manage projects to meet key milestones based on business needs
Track licensee and retailer support for licensed merchandise associated with key evergreen properties as well as new content releases
Manage sensitive early asset delivery process
Liaise with Licensees and Retailers as needed
Act as a key contact and manage relationships with internal cross-functional partners
Build relationships with global partners and ensure timely & transparent communication
