Candidates must be 18 years of age, enjoy working with youth, and be available to work weekdays between mid-June and early September. They should also possess the ability to lift at least 40 pounds and stand/walk for prolonged periods, and previous youth programs experience is preferred. First Aid/CPR certification is required.
Summer Program Facilitation and Instruction involves facilitating check-in, waivers, rental shoes, and facility rules orientation with Youth Program participants, developing and executing lessons that contribute to the quality of BP’s youth programs, instructing full-day Youth Program sessions under the guidance of the Programs Manager, participating in individual and group coaching, providing excellent customer service to families, maintaining regular communication with Programs Managers, and communicating with youth participants and their families. Facility Safety and Incident Response requires ensuring participants are aware of risks and rules, promoting risk mitigation through instruction, ensuring the safety of participants and customers, responding to safety incidents following the Safety Manual, documenting incidents, tracking and maintaining equipment, and other duties as assigned.

Bouldering Project offers climbing gyms with a focus on creating inclusive spaces for climbing and movement. The main technology involves designing intentional bouldering circuits to cater to different climbing experiences and abilities.
