Requirements

MD or DO with board certification in Preventive Medicine or a related field
Experience as a physician leader in a healthcare setting
Experience with value-based care and preventive primary care models
Strong understanding of clinical quality measures (Stars, HEDIS)
Experience with data analysis and performance improvement
Leadership experience with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

Serve as the clinical leader for the program's front-line clinical workforce (~200 NPs)
Drive performance on program KPIs (clinical quality, patient experience, risk adjustment, operational efficiency, preventive care outcomes)
Develop and implement initiatives to improve clinical quality measures
Ensure accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation and coding
Collaborate across functional teams to ensure program alignment
Advocate for a member-centric, preventive care model
Mentor and develop NP leaders
Establish and maintain clinical standards through ongoing clinical education and monitoring
Oversee the program’s Clinical Grand Rounds
Maintain some direct clinical practice (~10%)
