Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience in social media or digital marketing
Interest in HR, employer branding, and learning

Responsibilities

Leverage marketing platform Connect and social media channels like LinkedIn to enhance employer brand and highlight team member experiences
Assist with marketing podcast series, learning management system (Polaris), and training programs
Use data insights to improve learning engagement
Develop and execute content campaigns to promote People experience, Affinity Groups, and team member development programs
Partner with HR and Marketing to create and share engaging content on Waystar Connect and LinkedIn, showcasing company culture, initiatives, and team member stories
Work closely with HR and Marketing to ensure consistent and impactful communication across internal channels
Track and analyze social media engagement to optimize content strategy
Support programs that drive engagement, recognition, and positive workplace culture
Support marketing and promotion of podcast series and learning initiatives
Assist in creating content pages, graphics, and email campaigns to drive engagement with Polaris LMS
Use internal tools to analyze participation, engagement, and effectiveness of learning programs
Help manage internal communications related to learning and development using platforms like Mailchimp or internal tools
