Requirements

Degree or training in the commercial area and/or first experiences in fashion, sales and/or e-commerce
Strength in Customer Relationship Management and enjoyment of building long-term customer relationships
Ability to proactively analyze further potential for customers and support their success
Strong communication and presentation skills, convincing with customers or managing directors
Result-oriented and independent way of working, focused on entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Fluent in spoken and written German and English

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for national and international fashion brands regarding cooperation, collaboration, and ongoing development in the marketplace environment
Support established customers and hidden champions in positioning themselves in the market and scaling their business
Analyze accounts, recognize market trends, identify potentials, and actively develop solutions for customers
Solve inquiries independently and act as a trustworthy partner in escalations
Act as the interface between customers and internal departments, driving solutions actively
Create KPI dashboards and quarterly business reports, and present them to customers
