Requirements

  • Degree or training in the commercial area and/or first experiences in fashion, sales and/or e-commerce
  • Strength in Customer Relationship Management and enjoyment of building long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to proactively analyze further potential for customers and support their success
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, convincing with customers or managing directors

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for national and international fashion brands regarding cooperation, collaboration, and ongoing development in the marketplace environment
  • Support established customers and hidden champions in positioning themselves in the market and scaling their business
  • Analyze accounts, recognize market trends, identify potentials, and actively develop solutions for customers
  • Solve inquiries independently and act as a trustworthy partner in escalations
  • Act as the interface between customers and internal departments, driving solutions actively
  • Create KPI dashboards and quarterly business reports, and present them to customers
