Responsibilities

Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to team members handling inactive student accounts
Monitor processes for accuracy, timeliness, and productivity, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements

Support operational workflows during periods of high volume or staff absences
Review, document, and continuously improve procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency
