Requirements

  • 5 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in mortgage originators sales
  • Undergraduate Degree required; additional higher education and specialty designations a plus
  • A track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with mortgage originators
  • Strong product knowledge, analytical skills, and comfort with market data tools
  • Strong work ethic, detail orientation and a passion for excellence
  • Superior written and oral communication skills and ability to convey ideas
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
  • Self-starter mentality with a high level of accountability and execution
  • Authorized to work full time in the U.S. (no sponsorship for work visas)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-value trade ideas and market insights tailored to each client’s investment objectives
  • Monitor macro trends, prepayment dynamics, and regulatory shifts impacting the mortgage and structured product space
  • Play an active role in shaping the direction of the desk and supporting the growth of the broader platform
