Responsibilities

  • Help prospective customers create their case for change
  • Work with current customers to measure and increase value realized from Workday applications
  • Collaborate internally in cross-functional teams to advise on account strategy and craft value messaging
  • Develop experiences that showcase Workday’s differentiation throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate externally with senior executives to identify business challenges and document technology alignment to objectives
  • Present cases for change, model ROI, and document value realization
  • Enable customer transformation, contribute to revenue growth targets, create value-based transformation roadmaps, drive customer engagement and success, and enhance customer satisfaction
