Requirements

  • Experienced professional with deep growth strategy and front office transformation experience, focused on insurance, wealth management, retirement services
  • Expertise in sales (advisor) effectiveness/enablement, go-to-market strategies, B2B/B2C direct to customer growth, channel strategy, lead management, and sales operating model design
  • Additional experience in marketing and service strategy and other industries is a plus
  • Strong problem solver with project delivery experience in industry or consulting, comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Experience managing executive-level client relationships as a trusted advisor, facilitating workshops, developing business recommendations, and building business cases for innovative solutions (e.g., AI/Gen-AI)
  • Experience balancing project delivery responsibilities and managing progress up to account leadership
  • Passionate about solving complex growth and customer experience challenges and supporting strategic transformations
  • Knowledgeable about Financial Services industry nuances, front-line sales and commerce organizations
  • Experienced managing executive-level client relationships while managing junior team members
  • Skilled in creative and analytical problem-solving to transform challenges into opportunities
  • Energized by agile, fast-paced environments and team collaboration
  • Familiar with selling processes, pitching proposals and solutions

Responsibilities

  • Apply expertise in sales & commerce to define and enable front office growth strategies for top-line growth, focusing on sales and channel/distribution
  • Understand client needs, support development of proposed solutions, and deliver high-impact projects to transform sales organizations in Financial Services
  • Build client relationships to sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner (Thought Leadership)
  • Manage and coach junior team members while growing own expertise to maintain thought leadership
  • Design and execute large-scale, complex transformation programs and strategy engagements, including current state assessments, target state design, and operating model transformations (Delivery Execution)
  • Implement business changes driving industry-specific, functional, and digital operating model transformation
  • Synthesize technology needs by analyzing solutions and selecting relevant tools/techniques for client requirements
  • Manage implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment), including client buy-in, planning, budgeting, deliverables, and risk
