Responsibilities

Oversee strategy workstreams including (i) DeFi strategy, (ii) Yield product strategy, and (iii) strategy supporting expansion into TradFi
Manage a team of 2-3 associates
Deliver on strategic initiatives that drive concrete business results, such as pricing strategy, product strategy, market research & analysis, strategic partnerships & investments
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and develop your own point of view (POV) on the market
