Responsibilities

Work with clients at all organizational levels (C-suite to shop floor) to deliver strategic initiatives
Make realistic, data-driven decisions delivering tangible value
Combine technical, business, people, management skills, and collaborative mindset for complex projects
Understand complex programs/strategic initiatives and break into actionable pieces
Strategy and Execution: Leverage quantitative/qualitative insights for strategic alignment, roadmaps, prioritization
Process Improvement: Understand goals, process gaps, make/implement recommendations with decision-makers
Operational Transformation: Use data-based strategies for goals, performance gaps, closing gaps, demand prediction, lead transformations
Organizational Design: Align skills/responsibilities, spans/layers, governance, communication
Mergers and Acquisitions: Identify, plan, lead post-M&A integration activities
Close gaps for innovation opportunities
Develop/execute strategic blueprints
Facilitate/lead large-scale transformations
Increase operational effectiveness with agility and collaboration focus
Position clients as sector leaders
