Requirements

  • Proven cross-cultural competency skills demonstrating self-awareness, awareness of other, and the ability to adopt inclusive perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors to drive inclusion and belonging throughout the organization
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Experience building and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models
  • Advanced Excel (or Google Sheets) modeling skills and strong systems expertise across FP&A and ERP platforms

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Philanthropy, Accounting, and Program teams to support the financial management of grants, ensuring budgets and forecasts reflect funder requirements and program goals
  • Track and analyze spending and funding progress across grant portfolios, providing insights into budget utilization and financial performance
  • Support compliance and reporting needs by providing financial context and analysis for grant-related reporting and audit requests
  • Work closely with the Director of FP&A, Philanthropy, and Partnership teams to support revenue forecasting and modeling
  • Partner with teams across the organization to support the development, monitoring, and refinement of budgets and forecasts
  • Contribute to the preparation of internal reports and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, including optimizing FP&A systems, data workflows, and process documentation to enhance consistency, transparency, and scalability
