Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for new products, features, and releases
  • Define audience segmentation, value propositions, positioning, and launch plans
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to align roadmap priorities with market needs
  • Work with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to define and enhance customer evaluation, buying, and onboarding journeys
  • Identify highs and lows in customer journeys to provide marketing support and minimize missed opportunities
  • Utilize tools to monitor utilization and customer intent, partnering with Sales and Customer Success
  • Mine public data and internal performance data to identify and promote customer ROI using case studies and reports
  • Understand core markets and customer segments for product positioning and synergies
  • Track market trends, analyst insights, customer evaluations, and competitor developments
  • Craft clear, differentiated messaging translating functionality into benefits for health systems and practices
  • Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for Product and Executive teams
  • Maintain messaging hierarchy for consistency across web, collateral, and RFPs
  • Own proactive and reactive competitive intelligence on competitors and market movements
  • Own content library with product descriptions, competitive advantages, and resources
  • Maintain competitive intel resources (battlecards) for analyst reports and RFPs
  • Establish competitive intel management, distribution processes, and update cadence
  • Serve as connective tissue in cross-functional collaboration
