Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience with the development processes and needs of large enterprise and strategic customers, demonstrated success in leading technical trials that resulted in significant deals, experience in demoing technical solutions to VP & C-Level audiences, proven success in cultivating customer champions, proficiency in sales frameworks (MEDDPICC or similar), and experience leading land and expand initiatives with customers.
As a Strategic Solutions Engineer, you will inspire prospects with our software through excellent demos and talks, identify pain and design solutions to LaunchDarkly prospects’ largest problems, lead exceptional evaluations of the LaunchDarkly platform, partner with customers to make the LaunchDarkly adoption path clear, form effective partnerships rooted in your grasp of selling frameworks, become an authority by bringing valuable insight about LaunchDarkly and its surrounding ecosystem to each conversation, follow through on your commitments, advocate for our customers by being the voice of the customer to our Product and Engineering teams, spend time with the customer (25-50% travel may be required), and collaborate effectively with your team to overcome challenges.
