Responsibilities

  • In charge of a specific category for France (e.g., Oral Care with Oral-B, Baby Care with Pampers, Hair Care with Head & Shoulders and Aussie), representing 200-300 million euros turnover
  • In close collaboration with the Marketing team, increase turnover and improve fundamentals by making strategic decisions related to budgets, mix, and discounts (Trade Marketing)
  • In partnership with Key Accounts and National Accounts (200-300 million euros turnover), take part in negotiations at national level on prices, mix, discounts, and merchandising (Key Account Management)
  • Work in collaboration with the Customer Team to prepare business plans and negotiations with clients
