Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI data projects — from scoping and requirements to execution and delivery
Identify bottlenecks, iterate rapidly, and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Develop scalable operational frameworks including incentive structures, training programs, and quality assurance systems
Collaborate with tooling and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and strengthen delivery capabilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for leading AI research and operations teams
Build strong client relationships by ensuring transparency, anticipating needs, and proactively driving performance improvements
Deliver consistent, high-quality execution that strengthens trust and long-term client engagement
Manage and align large distributed teams (50–70+ contributors) to meet performance, quality, and delivery goals
Oversee onboarding, training, and performance tracking to maintain operational excellence
