Requirements

Candidates must have a BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Business, or an analytical field, along with 8+ years of marketing analytics experience focused on reporting and measurement standardization. Experience with field marketing and events is strongly preferred, as is the ability to leverage or critically think about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. The role requires the ability to understand immediate business needs and build a long-term roadmap for events, including continuous innovation.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Events Portfolio Senior Manager will formulate an analytics roadmap for strategic events, including audience planning, performance tracking, and providing insights across pre-event, live event, and post-event stages. Key duties include managing measurement and reporting requirements for all events, converting strategies into accessible and valid dashboards for Marketing and Sales stakeholders, and standardizing reporting and measurement models. The role involves educating stakeholders on insight drivers, revenue optimization, and marketing/sales KPIs, supervising the product development lifecycle in collaboration with DT, building requirements with user acceptance criteria, prioritizing requirements for sprint planning, and conducting User Acceptance Testing.
