The Strategic Customers – Global 360 Deals (Elevate) Director should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of global sales strategies. Experience in working with large, complex deals and cross-functional teams is essential, along with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders. Prior experience in HR, Legal, Finance, or similar business-enabling functions is highly desirable.
This role involves serving as the central point of contact for the ‘Buy From’ side of 360 deals for specific business units, acting as the global BU liaison to sales teams, representing a unified ‘Buy From’ perspective, creating value through structured approaches to identify natural buying events, improving consistency and accountability across the 360-deal lifecycle, supporting deal execution by guiding deal architecture and risk mitigation, and building deep cross-functional relationships to align with GTM strategy and business priorities.
