Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the PBM environment and the broader healthcare system. Exceptional communication, reasoning, negotiation, and presentation skills are crucial for success, as is the ability to build strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
The Strategic Client Success Executive will be responsible for client retention, organic growth, and client satisfaction by building long-term partnerships with clients, serving as the strategic lead on large and complex clients, and accelerating client value through consultative strategies. This role involves developing and executing strategic account plans, managing client contracts, leading contract renewal processes, and acting as the primary liaison between RxSense and the client regarding system requests and escalated issues. The SCSE will also monitor client satisfaction, stay informed about market dynamics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client goals and ensure consistent service, ultimately becoming the client’s trusted advisor.
