Requirements

The candidate should have over 6 years of experience in channel sales, strategic partnerships, or business development, with a proven track record of working with major value-added resellers in the security or compliance sector. They must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, possess a deep understanding of reseller sales cycles and incentive models, and demonstrate excellent cross-functional teamwork and strategic contribution capabilities. Travel for partner events and conferences is also required.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Channel Manager will be responsible for developing executive relationships with key VAR partners, building direct relationships with VAR sellers to drive engagement and collaboration, and executing go-to-market and enablement strategies with strategic resellers. They will also launch and execute joint account mapping strategies, facilitate co-selling between partners and the sales team to drive net-new ARR, and enable key team members on partner benefits. Additionally, the role involves proactively sharing partner insights and feedback to evolve channel strategy and managing their assigned book of business with regular progress updates.
