Requirements

  • Skilled lawyer from top-tier law firms or in-house legal teams
  • Based in Mexico City and eligible to work in Mexico
  • Legal experience applicable to understanding and demonstrating AI solutions for legal workflows

Responsibilities

  • Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate Harvey’s AI solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping law firms and legal teams with adoption strategy, change management, and integration into workflows
  • Lead tailored product demonstrations aligned with priorities of law firm practice groups and in-house legal teams
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for impact across legal teams, supporting individual users and broader adoption
  • Partner with marketing to develop content tailored to lawyers’ practice areas and client types
  • Act as Voice of the Customer, providing legal insight and user feedback to sales strategy, product development, and go-to-market planning
  • Provide competitive and market intelligence specific to the LATAM legal and legal tech landscape
  • Strengthen Harvey’s reputation in LATAM as a credible AI partner to the legal industry
  • Build consultative relationships with partners, associates at major law firms, and in-house counsel at corporates and financial institutions
  • Advise on transforming research, drafting, diligence, and compliance workflows
  • Work alongside Account Executives to support all aspects of sales strategy in LATAM
