Requirements

  • Effectively probe and challenge customers to understand current workflows and identify opportunities for Adobe’s emerging solutions to foster creative efficiency and automate asset creation
  • Assess the customer’s maturity with generative AI and creative tools, and deliver relevant session modules
  • Illustrate how Firefly, Firefly Services, Adobe Express, and Acrobat Studio can improve creativity and productivity
  • Set up sample brand assets (e.g. logos, design elements, templates) to help customers quickly experience the benefits of these tools
  • Identify ways to scale impact across the organisation
  • Based in London, UK, with ability to engage both in-person and remote

Responsibilities

  • Support creative, design, IT, and developer teams within enterprise customers to adopt Adobe’s emerging offerings—including Firefly, Firefly Services, Adobe Express, and Acrobat Studio—for creative ideation, production workflows, and automation processes
  • Partner with DME CSMs to validate outcomes of first customer discovery sessions, uncover potential use cases, define agendas for customer workshops, customize demos with customer assets, and ensure debriefs/follow-ups with customer sponsors to confirm engagement roadmaps
  • Play a key role in rolling out new engagement models and implementing use case roadmaps in partnership with Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
  • Qualify discovery insights collected by CSMs, agree on session agendas, and validate maturity levels and attendee profiles with customer sponsors
  • Ensure proper context, including details about the customer’s ecosystem, workflows, and technology in place
  • Select relevant use cases, customize demos accordingly, and deliver sessions across all emerging products
  • Qualify readiness to commit to formal pilots or Proofs of Concept (POCs)
  • Demonstrate the specific value these solutions bring to current and future creative workflows, measured against pre-agreed KPIs or success factors
  • Leverage successful use case implementations to expand the footprint of Firefly, Firefly Services, Adobe Express, and Acrobat Studio to other departments
  • Encourage customers to share testimonials based on successful implementations
