Requirements

Responsibilities

The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong executive relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor and problem solver for client leadership to ensure they realize the full potential of AI and expand use cases over time. They will collaborate closely with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success, create and execute strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities, co-develop AI use cases with clients, drive revenue growth through renewals, upgrades, and expansion, provide accurate sales forecasting, and stay updated on industry trends to guide dental professionals through digital transformation.
