The SMIT program is a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on learning, supported by a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
Required qualifications include a High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred), retail management or CVS Supervisor experience, willingness to transfer within the market and accept promotions, and flexibility in scheduling. Strong candidates actively engage in training, support store operations consistent with CVS values, and demonstrate commitment to helping people on their path to better health.
