Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preferred four-year college degree or relevant work experience in lieu of a college degree, and should have retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor. Additionally, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) will participate in a 16-week self-paced training program to develop leadership skills, engage with a team of mentors including a District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach, actively engage in Key Learning Experiences to support promotion, and support the store as a management team member, consistently adhering to CVS values and policies, and engaging colleagues to support the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health, while demonstrating willingness to accept promotion roles and transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market, and working a schedule as needed.
