Store Executive Intern (Store Leadership Intern) – South San Francisco Bay, California (Starting Summer 2026) at Target

The pay range per hour is $31.25-$32.25. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

This is a paid 40 hr/week, hands-on training program where you'll lead amongst the team, identify store priorities, deliver guest service, drive sales results, merchandise products, and learn to lead a retail team alongside a mentor.
