  • Set and plan department(s) monthly/quarterly workload to support business priorities and manage a team to deliver service and sales goals
  • Manage a team of hourly team members and team leaders, create business strategies and goals
  • Recruit, select, and manage talent for hourly team members and leaders
  • Learn retail business fundamentals and guest service fundamentals while building a guest-first team culture
  • Step into leading mentor's department with guidance, execute daily operations, build culture, and guide team to achieve goals
