Requirements
Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid Driver’s License (preferred), and provide proof of insurance. They should have at least one year of experience as a store associate or customer service representative, demonstrating prior experience in a team environment and strong professional communication skills, as well as a desire to continually develop retail sales skills and knowledge of product and services.
Responsibilities
The Store Associate will provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers while informing them of BRS products and services, driving sales in all departments, replenishing and maintaining inventory, performing cashier functions including accepting payments and processing refunds, ensuring accurate pricing and quantities, bagging or boxing purchases, following BRS procedures regarding coupons and gift cards, maintaining store safety standards, assisting in promotions and event setup, and maintaining store cleanliness while adhering to minor policies.
