Responsibilities

Store Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, informing them of BRS products and services, and building relationships. They must drive sales in all departments, replenish and maintain inventory, perform cashier functions, adhere to minor policies, operate scanners and cash registers, ensure accurate pricing and quantities, process refunds and exchanges, balance register drawers, bag purchases, follow coupon and gift card procedures, maintain store cleanliness, assist in promotions and events, observe BRS vehicle policies, deliver items to customers following driving routes and schedules, and inform managers of vehicle operating condition problems.
