Responsibilities

Drive global technical operations of Storage & Backups within the Infrastructure Hosting Platform
Develop and support the engineering and operations of Storage and Backup Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) capabilities hosted both on-premises and in Public Cloud
Work with the Storage Engineering team on strategy for on-premises private cloud and public IaaS Storage Block and Files services
Improve storage and backup infrastructure service availability and reliability
Implement AI OPS, Event Driven Automation, and robust Observability to prevent outages
Accelerate initiatives in Infrastructure AI OPS automation, cloud IaaS management, and cloud infrastructure as code
Identify tech opportunities and accelerate the Lilly Technology strategy
