Previous experience with fresh seasonal ingredients and butchery is appreciated but not required

Responsibilities

Sets up dish station and washes all dishes as needed
Performs cleaning assignments as needed
Empties trash as needed
Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment
Puts deliveries away as needed
Assists in food prep and other duties as requested by the chef
Makes catering deliveries as needed
