Responsibilities

  • Supervise small team of Financial Specialists: plan, organize, oversee team operations and performance
  • Supervise and perform accounting periods closing activities for in-scope entities
  • Ensure proper US GAAP and local accounting/tax treatment for balance sheet and P&L
  • Coordinate, oversee activities and effectively cooperate with other internal departments and with external service providers
  • Schedule necessary steps and prepare required documentation and/or organize preparation of statutory financial statements for in-scope entities
  • Verification of documentation and parts of financial statements prepared by other team members and/or external service providers
  • Supervise and support internal audits and external audits of financial statements for entities in scope
  • Preparation of the calculations and reporting for: income tax provision, deferred tax, WHT and local taxes
  • Prepare necessary information and details of transactions for the purposes of Transfer Pricing documentation
  • Supervise and/or prepare statistical reports for entities in scope
  • Prepare various required/ad-hoc reports, calculations, analysis or presentations
  • Support implementation and maintenance of IT systems
  • Optimize, standardize and automate processes and reports
