Responsibilities

The Starbucks Barista will deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operation, prioritizing guest needs, uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage Standards, execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, instocks, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing/storing reserve product, support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shift, produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards, follow all food safety requirements, including monitoring and recording temperature-sensitive food items, locate and identify damaged, recalled, or expired items and process according to best practices, ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders according to best practices, and follow proper perishable inventory procedures.
