Responsibilities

  • Assist the Key Account Manager in managing a portfolio of national and/or regional central accounts across various business areas (hardware, gardening, small household appliances)
  • Participate in the preparation of client meetings (organization, presentations)
  • Administrative tracking (updating client matrices, follow-up sheets)
  • Participation in the creation and tracking of commercial offers (flyers, highlights)
  • Recommendations for assortments in collaboration with Marketing and the KAM (Key Account Manager)
  • Work closely with various departments of the company, particularly Marketing and Finance
