Requirements

  • Student in final year of Master's in Ergonomics, Human Factors and Work Systems or equivalent field, seeking a 6-month internship
  • Knowledge in physical, cognitive, and organizational ergonomics
  • Knowledge and mastery of musculoskeletal disorders (TMS) issues and associated risk factors
  • Understanding of industrial environment issues and constraints
  • Mastery of ergonomic approach: pre-diagnosis, diagnosis, analysis
  • Evaluation methods: analysis grids, checklists, measurement tools (RULA, REBA, etc.)
  • Ability to formalize diagnostics and propose adapted solutions
  • Interest in industrial environment
  • Interpersonal skills, active listening
  • Autonomy
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to different audiences
  • Rigor, synthesis skills

Responsibilities

  • Observe and analyze work situations (gestures, postures, efforts, tools, environment)
  • Conduct interviews with operators and technical managers
  • Use ergonomic analysis tools (grids, software, measurements)
  • Identify TMS-related risk factors and propose prevention actions
  • Write an analysis report with a summary of results and concrete improvement recommendations (technical, operational, human)
