Requirements

Student in final year of Master's in Ergonomics, Human Factors and Work Systems or equivalent field, seeking a 6-month internship
Knowledge in physical, cognitive, and organizational ergonomics
Knowledge and mastery of musculoskeletal disorders (TMS) issues and associated risk factors
Understanding of industrial environment issues and constraints
Mastery of ergonomic approach: pre-diagnosis, diagnosis, analysis
Evaluation methods: analysis grids, checklists, measurement tools (RULA, REBA, etc.)
Ability to formalize diagnostics and propose adapted solutions
Interest in industrial environment
Interpersonal skills, active listening

Ability to work in a team and adapt to different audiences
Rigor, synthesis skills

Responsibilities

Observe and analyze work situations (gestures, postures, efforts, tools, environment)
Conduct interviews with operators and technical managers
Use ergonomic analysis tools (grids, software, measurements)
Identify TMS-related risk factors and propose prevention actions
Write an analysis report with a summary of results and concrete improvement recommendations (technical, operational, human)
