Responsibilities
Accompany clients in defining their strategies & customer/employee experience
Define omnichannel marketing, product, and commercial strategies
Define eCommerce strategies (marketplace, D2C) and acquisition strategies
Ensure piloting of client/digital transformation programs (strategic plans, client-centered transformation programs, new business models)
Identify key needs based on existing experience and conduct strategic framing missions and customer/employee experience redesign
Accompany clients in redesigning their organizations to improve operational efficiency (Target Operating Model)
Intervene with clients to define or pivot brand strategies (brand strategy & value)
Define technological needs and associated strategies for clients and employees to improve experience in customer service, pricing, sales throughout the lifecycle
Instill innovation dynamics around customer and digital innovation approaches (innovation labs, acculturation to new work methods, agility, AR/VR)
Work with Project Managers, Designers, and architects/developers to implement client/digital transformation
