Requirements

Candidates should possess extensive experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering value to both end-users and businesses in fast-paced, iterative environments. Fluency in design processes, methods, and tools is required, along with the ability to adapt and apply the right approach for each unique project. Experience defining metrics and leveraging insights—both qualitative and quantitative—is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Staff UX Designer will define and own the design direction and vision for key product surfaces, setting the vision for the near, medium, and long term to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience across all touchpoints. They will work closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to help shape and execute the vision for GoodLeap’s product portfolio, ensuring we’re delivering high-impact solutions. The role involves deepening the understanding of customers and end-users through research and data analysis, informing product decisions. Additionally, the designer will foster growth within the design team, supporting individual development and encouraging a collaborative environment, and champion design across the organization, advocating for user-centered thinking and ensuring design is at the forefront of product decisions.
