Requirements

7+ years of technical recruiting experience across engineering, product, or other technical roles, preferably in a related industry
Deep understanding of technical roles and terminology, allowing you to screen for required skills and cultural fit effectively
Proven track record of creative sourcing, assessment, and closing techniques, including negotiation of complex offers
Experience partnering with executives, senior leadership, and hiring managers in a high-growth tech company
Excellent communication skills—able to tell the Observe story and build trust with candidates at all stages

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, including engineering, product, and other technical departments
Own day-to-day ATS administration, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, Finance and HR Ops
Develop, refine, and advise on internal and external sourcing strategies and hiring analytics & KPIs
Represent Observe with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring all candidates have a positive impression regardless of outcome
