Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps/cloud infrastructure/platform engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or staff-level role leading large-scale initiatives. Strong hands-on experience with AWS and GCP, including multi-region architectures and GCP-managed services like GKE, Spanner, and Pub/Sub is required, along with proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes. Advanced skills in Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions and ArgoCD are also necessary, as well as a solid understanding of networking and security principles, including IAM, network security groups, and secret management.

Responsibilities

As a Staff SRE/DevOps Engineer, you will bridge knowledge gaps across teams through coaching on DevOps best practices, engineer multi-region traffic management and disaster recovery solutions, modernize the architecture by supporting the transition to microservices and driving automation, enforce operational excellence by defining standards for CI/CD, observability, and incident response, mentor and influence engineers and development teams on cloud-native development and multi-cloud operations, drive strategy and innovation by shaping the DevOps roadmap and proposing advanced solutions, and ensure security and compliance by embedding security best practices and aligning with industry standards.
