Candidates should possess experience in leveraging or critically thinking about Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Knowledge Graphs (KGs), along with a strong foundation in application development and a background in the Go-To-Market (GTM) domain. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and at least 5 years of professional software development experience are preferred.
The Staff Software Gen AI Engineer will develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, leveraging AIA Studio for low-code AI workflows and building intelligent solutions using technologies like Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Knowledge Graphs (KGs). They will design AI-powered systems, build and maintain RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs to surface relevant data, and implement AI agents capable of task planning and execution. This role also involves collaborating with Product and Business Operations to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact, contributing to team success through mentorship and setting high standards for code quality and innovation.
