Candidates should possess experience in leveraging or critically thinking about Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Knowledge Graphs (KGs), along with a strong background in application development and a familiarity with the Go-To-Market (GTM) domain. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and at least 5 years of software development experience are preferred. Experience with ServiceNow platform development and AIA Studio is highly desirable.
The Staff Software Gen AI Engineer will develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, leveraging AIA Studio to orchestrate AI workflows and integrate machine learning models. They will design AI-powered systems using LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval to deliver contextual insights and automation, building RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs to surface relevant data. This role involves implementing AI agents capable of task planning and execution, collaborating with Product and Business Operations to identify opportunities and deliver measurable impact, and ensuring the systems are resilient, secure, and high-performance while contributing to team success through mentorship and technical leadership.
