- 10+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or staff-level role
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
- Proven experience in architecting and scaling large, complex frontend applications

Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of scalable, performant, and accessible frontend applications in a complex and evolving ecosystem
- Drive architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy for key enterprise flows such as contract checkout, invoicing, and self-serve purchases
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and solution architects to deliver end-to-end features
- Champion engineering excellence by introducing best practices for frontend quality, performance, security, and reliability
- Write clean, modular code using ReactJS (or similar frameworks), and guide the team in following standards around testing (unit, integration, and e2e)
- Act as a mentor and technical sounding board for engineers on the team and across the organization
- Lead technical reviews, RFC discussions, and documentation efforts to scale shared understanding and drive alignment
- Use metrics and A/B testing to measure impact, guide decisions, and iterate on product improvements
