Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in software engineering, demonstrated experience in architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact, and a passion for building an open financial system. Experience with Blockchains, decomposing large monoliths into microservices, and utilizing technologies such as Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, and Postgres is desirable.
Staff Software Engineers will architect and develop distributed systems, provide technical structure to teams, manage project priorities and deadlines, mentor and train other team members, design and implement foundational infrastructure components, and write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs. They will collaborate across the organization to define strategic roadmaps and advise management on technical direction.
