Requirements
Candidates should have expertise in React and/or React Native, with experience building complex applications and a deep understanding of their ecosystems and libraries. A strong design sensibility, with an eye for detail and passion for creating visually compelling interfaces, is required. Extensive knowledge of front-end performance optimizations and web accessibility standards like WCAG is necessary. Responsibilities
The Staff Software Engineer will act as a technical leader and domain expert in crafting thoughtful solutions to design problems, bringing interfaces to life with smooth animations and delightful interactions. They will be a strategic partner in designing, developing, and scaling digital advertising features that drive revenue growth and enhance user engagement. This role involves owning projects end-to-end, from refining requirements and creating technical designs to implementation, launch, and maintenance. The engineer will also mentor and guide other engineers, providing feedback and guidance on front-end architecture decisions and championing UI/UX quality.
