Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with business, product, engineering, and management across different geographic locations

  • Experience driving Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Technology (POT) evaluations

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress, adjusting performance, developing contingency plans, and demonstrating adaptability
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team-based work environment, establishing performance expectations, conducting regular performance evaluations, providing recognition and rewards, coaching for success and improvement, and promoting a belonging mindset
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others, ensuring compliance, and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy
  • Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events
  • Be responsible for one or more business problems and suggest technical solutions
  • Interact with business/end users to understand the problem space and provide technical solutions
  • Drive the architecture and design for proposed solutions and own the technical quality of the solution
  • Cross-collaborate with inter-disciplinary product and engineering teams to solve unique challenges in multi-channel shopping experience
