Candidates must possess at least 10 years of recruiting experience, a highly collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach, and a sense of ownership and urgency around their work and the outcomes of the hiring processes. They should have experience hiring across various departments, including Product, Engineering, and Leadership, within a scaling startup environment, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions. Experience in recruiting operations, such as building recruiting processes and playbooks, is also required.
The Staff Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruitment process for mid- to leadership-level roles across multiple departments, including Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Solutions, from the point of opening roles through offer and onboarding. They will act as a talent advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, developing and prioritizing workforce plans and hiring strategies, strategically source and engage candidates, and deliver a best-in-class interview and offer experience. Additionally, the Staff Recruiter will tell the Sanity story to candidates, act as a brand ambassador on social media, maintain operational excellence, and leverage recruiting trends to improve the hiring process.
