The Staff Recruiter will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support Sanity's growth objectives. This fully remote position involves managing the end-to-end hiring process for mid- to leadership-level roles across North America and Europe. As a key strategic partner, you will collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to secure exceptional talent that drives our mission forward.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience.
  • Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada, specifically on the East Coast (ET) or Central (CT).
  • Skills:
    • Highly collaborative and team-oriented approach.
    • Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
    • Proven experience hiring across diverse departments, including Product, Engineering, and Leadership.
    • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Experience in recruiting operations, including process development and playbook creation.
    • Familiarity with Ashby (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for roles across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Solutions, from job opening to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Talent Advisor: Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, contributing to the development, prioritization, and execution of comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source, engage, nurture, and qualify a diverse candidate pipeline through various channels to meet strategic hiring goals.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a best-in-class interview and offer experience by providing timely updates, managing expectations, delivering feedback, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Brand Ambassador: Effectively communicate Sanity's value proposition to candidates and represent the company as a brand ambassador on relevant social media platforms.
  • Recruiting Operations Enhancement: Drive operational excellence, introduce recruiting best practices, contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruiting team, and elevate the overall hiring process at Sanity.
  • Industry Trend Awareness: Stay informed about current recruiting and talent acquisition trends, leveraging this knowledge to shape the recruiting team's strategies and initiatives.
  • Autonomous Management: Independently manage recruiting efforts while adhering to established recruiting processes and fostering a team-first mentality.
