Responsibilities

The Staff Product Designer will champion visual design excellence across Included Health’s products and services by defining visual standards, educating teams, leading critiques, partnering with Brand Marketing on brand translation, auditing and refining existing experiences, and leading and scaling the design system to ensure consistency and quality. They will also drive innovation and future thinking by staying ahead of industry trends, exploring emerging technologies like AI-driven design tools, and continuously refining design standards based on feedback and data.
