Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years in product design, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional user-centered interaction design. They should have experience managing complex projects involving cross-functional and cross-team stakeholder groups, spanning different timezones. A deep understanding of visual design, a passion for polish, and an expert eye for detail are essential, along with exposure to Prompting, vibe coding, and Figma (and other relevant tools) for design and prototyping. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking practices are also required.
Responsibilities
The Senior Product Designer will lead AI agent design, own key areas, mentor designers, and create scalable, innovative solutions. They will partner with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, research, and accessibility) to align on product direction, deliver impactful work, and champion design excellence across all surfaces. This role involves setting and upholding a high bar for visual and interaction design quality, demonstrating a passion for polished UI and strong instincts for layout, spacing, motion, and micro-interactions. The designer will leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions, evaluate success, and identify opportunities for improvement. They will confidently execute design in Figma, delivering pixel-perfect visuals, robust prototypes, and clear specifications for engineering partners, and contribute back to the design systems library.
