Requirements

Candidates should have over 7 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership. Expertise in visual design, systems thinking, user research, and UX writing is essential, along with a deep understanding of developer workflows or the ability to simplify complex concepts for technical users. Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and design system creation, is required. A thorough knowledge of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design, with proven ability to design for platform-specific patterns, is also necessary. Strong collaboration skills and relentless attention to detail are expected.

Responsibilities

The Staff Product Designer will define and own the design vision for mobile SDKs, balancing user needs, developer experience, and business priorities. They will craft and maintain a scalable design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across SDKs, platforms, and product surfaces. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineers to ship SDK features, conducting design reviews to elevate quality standards, and leading end-to-end design for new features from research to iterative refinement.
