Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on growth or user acquisition. Strong experience in UX research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design is required. A portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a track record of successful product design is essential.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead and contribute to UX strategy in close partnership with Product Owners across multiple teams, uncovering user and business problems and turning them into polished interfaces and amazing experiences through customer research and validation. You will work to turn conceptual ideas into meaningful user experiences, shaping the vision and north star for Growth while ensuring a high bar for new customer success through UX. You will collaborate closely with other designers on the Growth team as well as Content Design and Design Systems members to achieve success and drive new customer adoption across the product ecosystem.
